  • 1 Tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tbsp cider vinegar divided
  • 1 ½ lb boneless beef short ribs
  • 1 Onion sliced, separated into rings
  • 2 cups broccoli slaw
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 12 slider buns
  • 3 singles quartered

Method

  1. Mix bbq sauce, minced ginger, soy sauce, chopped garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and 1 Tbsp vinegar until blended.
