Method
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Place mushrooms in a food processor and process until minced. Combine mushrooms, ground meet, oil, black pepper and ⅜ tsp of salt, mix well. Gently shape into 4 patties and place on a baking sheet,
- Stir together cucumber, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and ⅜ salt.
- Grill burgers until done (4 minutes per side for medium doneness).
Notes
Serve: Place burger bun, top with lettuce, burger patty, tomato slice, onion slice, and 1 heaping Tbsp yogurt mixture.
Goes well with fries, potato wedges, Cole slaw.
