Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Lb ground sirloin beef
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • tsp black pepper
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • cup chopped cucumber
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 Red onion slices
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 butter leaves lettuce

Method
 

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Place mushrooms in a food processor and process until minced. Combine mushrooms, ground meet, oil, black pepper and ⅜ tsp of salt, mix well. Gently shape into 4 patties and place on a baking sheet,
  3. Stir together cucumber, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and ⅜ salt.
  4. Grill burgers until done (4 minutes per side for medium doneness).

Notes

Serve: Place burger bun, top with lettuce, burger patty, tomato slice, onion slice, and 1 heaping Tbsp yogurt mixture.
Goes well with fries, potato wedges, Cole slaw.
