Stuffed Peppers

- Mix together beef, rice, salt, pepper, grated onion, and minced garlic.
- Remove seeds from peppers, and fill them up with beef mixture.
- In the large pot, heat 2 Tbsp of oil, place chopped onion, tomato sauce, stuffed peppers, and add enough water to cover peppers.
- Cook on a medium low temperature for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Check every 15 minutes if it needs more water. Add salt, black pepper, chicken knorr cube, and chicken base about 15 minutes before it’s completely cooked.
- In the mixing cup, mix flour with ¼ to ½ cup of water, and add it to the pot, mixing to incorporate and sauce thickens.
