Slow-Cooker BBQ Beef Short Rib Sliders
This Slow-Cooker BBQ Beef Short Rib Sliders recipe is the ultimate "crowd-pleaser" for a Weekend Feast. It takes the rich, marbled goodness of beef short ribs and gives them a zesty, Asian-inspired twist with ginger and soy, making it perfect for game days, family gatherings, or a fun "build-your-own" slider night.
Ingredients
Method
- Mix bbq sauce, minced ginger, soy sauce, chopped garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and 1 Tbsp vinegar until blended.
- Cut meat into 12 pieces. Place in a slow cooker, and cover with half the bbq sauce mixture. Top with onions. Cover with lid and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on High 3 to 4 hours).
- Transfer meat and onions to a large bowl. Discard cooking liquid from slow cooker. Pour remaining bbq sauce mixture into a microwavable bowl, and cover with waxed paper. Microwave on High for 1 minute or until warmed. Add to the meat mixture and toss to evenly coat.
- Combine broccoli slaw, mayo, and remaining vinegar.
Notes
Fill buns with meat mixture, place singles pieces on top and slaw just before serving.
