Cook pasta according to box instructions, at dente Drain pasta and add 1 tbsp butter. Save ½ cup of pasta water.
While pasta is cooking, heat a large sauce pan over high heat until hot. Add oil and minced garlic, remove from the heat and sear until fragrant. Quickly pour cream into the pot, pasta water, add Ragu, Parmesan cheese, basil and parsley and bring it back to heat.
Bring to boil, remove from heat, and rest sauce long enough to let herbs flavor the sauce (5 minutes).
Serve: Pasta covered with sauce and chopped chicken on top.
